The morning's projects included working on the canopy and the raft rolling trial.
We decided to sew the canopy from synthetic tar paper and use molding for arches to support it. One builder happened to have a hole in his sock, so we took the opportunity to mend the hole while we learned some basics on the little green sewing machine.
Time to invert!
It was finally time to start moving the raft. We assembled our team and discussed a variety of commands. In the end we agreed on the ever useful, "sTOp!" and "GO!"
Finally at the water's edge, we made the flip!
Success!
After lunch, more swimming!
...and a little time to work on some individual projects.
See you tomorrow for our final day of building!
